AIP Batch Cook is a new program from Mickey Trescott of Autoimmune-Paleo that walks you through planning and cooking all of your meals for one full week on the autoimmune protocol! It is designed to feed one person on the strictest phase of the autoimmune protocol (as detailed in The Paleo Approach) and is divided up into two batch cooking sessions, one that is 2 1/2 hours long and one that is 1 hour long (for a total cooking time of 3 1/2 hours for the whole week!). Each session includes a step-by-step video tutorial and a beautifully-designed downloadable PDF with the meal plan, grocery lists, recipes, and tips for preparing to batch cook, shopping for ingredients, managing your time in the kitchen, making substitutions for additional dietary needs you may have, storing and reheating your food after it’s made, and an overview of the tools you will need to get started.
In the first session, Mickey walks you through preparing the meals for the first four days of the meal plan which includes dishes like chicken soup, roasted root vegetables, and ginger-lemon salmon. Although this session requires 2 1/2 hours, one hour of that is passive cooking time during which you can take a break or get a head start on the dishes. In the second session, Mickey walks you through the meals for the second half of the week, which includes dishes like a beef breakfast skillet, cabbage salad, and pork chili. In addition to the food prep, cooking, and storage tips you will find in both videos, both videos are also sprinkled with tidbits on health and nutrition like the benefits of seafood and saturated fats, how to source high-quality protein, and how to manage your time and multitask in the kitchen! As someone who struggles with keeping track of more than one thing at a time, I tend to make a lot of one-pot meals like stir-fries, soups, and salads. But with Mickey’s calm demeanor, helpful tips, and the fact that you are cooking along with her at the same time, batch cooking seems far more straightforward and simple than you might have imagined!

Expand your health knowledge on a wide range of topics relevant to you, from how to evaluate scientific studies, to therapeutic diet and lifestyle, to leaky gut and gut microbiome health, to sustainable weight loss, and much more!!!
In addition to the recipes and videos for the batch cooking sessions, Mickey has included helpful step-by-step video tutorials (and accompanying PDFs for download) for making your own gut-healing ingredients like bone broth and lard as well as fermenting your own kombucha! In the videos, Mickey discusses the benefits of these healing staples, how to source the ingredients for them, how to store them after they’re prepared, and shares tips for incorporating more of them in your diet. If you are short on the time or energy to make your own broth, fat, or ferments, the program’s downloadable PDF also includes resources for buying bone broth, cooking fats, and AIP-friendly canned fish and snacks ready-to-go, as well as learning more about the autoimmune protocol, sourcing local, grass-fed, and organic meat and produce, and finding the cooking tools and storage containers you will need!
If you’ve been struggling to stick to the autoimmune protocol due to feeling overwhelmed by all the cooking, not knowing what to eat, or lacking the time and energy to prepare meals when you need them, AIP Batch Cook is an excellent resource to teach you how to plan ahead and set yourself up for success. Mickey provides all the meal plans, grocery lists, recipes, and tips you need to get started. And the best part? AIP Batch Cook is normally $67, but it is currently available for just $47! This sale ends May 8th, so don’t miss out!
